I was trying to customize my Mouse controls and 
when I clicked on the Mouse icon from the 
control panel, I received the following error 
message:

The Application failed to intialize properly 
OXC0000005

I've included a screen shot of the error 
message. 

It is not just my Mouse icon that give me this 
message but any icons from the control panel.
