It is happening on just one document, not on any 
others.  She wants to be contacted before 
starting.  Office hours on 2-3-09 is anytime 
after 12:30pm, or on 2-4-09 10am-12pm.  Needs 
this done as soon as possible.  Her computer also 
boots really slow.
