Hello,

This is Richard from UCS. I'd like to start out by
apologizing for the length of time we had your
computer. We had a communication failure that lead
to this relatively simple fix taking far longer
than it should have.

That said, I have finished the setup of your
computer and have delivered it to your work area.
You where helping a student at a time so I was not
able to do some of the final setup  steps that are
normally done. If you use outlook for your e-mail,
use any special printers, or have any special
software, then we need to set up a time that a
tech can come by and help you set these things up.

If you would like to set up a time when a tech can
come by to help you with any final changes you
need to do on this computer or if you have any
questions or concerns feel free to call the help
desk at extension 88925 or e-mail me directly at
rkavanagh08@wou.edu.

I found the computer, it had already been imaged.
I installed Macromedia suite and Filemaker pro 5
(listed as being on this computer in inventory)
and delivered it.

He just recieved his computer back and miss you 
when you took it back. and he said that he is 
still unable to print from his computer and that 
was the first issue in the first place.

he is available the rest of the day today.

In new employee orientation this morning he asked 
me about his computer because he was stressed 
that he hadn't had a computer in several days and 
needed it asap.  I told him I would update the 
task for him.

office will be opened today. 
would like to have someone move a computer from 
the other advising office to his desk if someone 
cannot get to it today. 


would like a call to see if they need to 
rearrange him. This is causing work to be at a 
halt.
