She also cannot open them from a website and has
been waiting for a long time for this to be fixed,
so I put it back into the USC Tech queue since it
has been a work stoppage which has been happening
for almost two weeks.

She just called in and she needs the task done 
soon. it is really holding her from doing her 
work.because that is how she does almost all of 
her work.

just give her a call before you go over. she is 
in meetings a lot and she wants to make sure to 
schedule a time.

If she tries to open a PDF from a website; 
Internet Explorer shuts down, plus, a black sreen 
comes up with a window from adobe with an "Ok" 
you click on that, IE shuts down

When opening a pdf frile she gets an error 
message that reads: adobe reader and ie has 
encountered a problem and needs to close with 
something that says something about debugging. 

Then her computer shuts down and she has to re-
login. 

This only happens when she tries to open the pdf 
file directly from her email. If she saves to 
file then she can open it.
