I went and looked at this a while ago.  This is
our loaner printer that we should have back by
now.  I cou;dn't get it to jam.  I think it was
the way he was feeding the paper into the printer.

I explained we only administer supplies for 
printers in the Student labs.  This printer is 
still jamming and it is his only printer so he 
still needs tech support.

We do not have toner for this printer in the APSC lab.

Changing Primary Tech to UCS Tech as I don't know
where to go with this.

He left a message on APSC VM.

Returned call.

Printing now and looks like toner might be okay,
but, not sure if toner was changed or not.

It still jams on the 2nd page.

He called back and requested a P-1500 Toner 
cartridge. His office is downstairs in the 
studnet media center of the WUC building.

He also says he is having trouble printing,
because the printer keeps jamming.

He called asking for a new cartridge as his
current one is low on ink, but he didn't say what
type or what room he is in.  I am not even sure if
this is a request for a student lab, so I asked
him to call or email us.  If it is a student lab
request we can take care of it, if not, we will
have to direct him to the appropriate department.
