Has MASH-setup Sophos for an off-campus system.

Removing sophos, reinstalling sophos, and then
having her download malware-bytes removal tool to
scan her system.

She is on Banner and has a sophos box pop up and 
it says

the attmept to delete the infected file.

and

Failed: the user does not have the right to 
perform the action on the infection file.

and 

File: belongs to virus/spyware TROJ/dwnldr-hoy 
and that is a link. but she is not clicking on it 
until someone tells her what to do.

She is off campus today so she said that someone 
can just call her and help her.
