Windows cannot connect to domaim.
He checked the cord at into the machine, but he
can't get to the cord where it is plugged into the
wall because it is behind bookshelf.But he says
"light is on, looks like he has LAN access." 

He is able to log in on other machines on campus.
He has not had this issue before.

Told him if he gets desperate before Monday to try
move his furniture to check connection at wall.

Times Monday:
9a-1p. Teaching at 1pm, needs in there before then.
