Dear UCS, 

Last week, I spoke with Brian about some problems 
I was having involving Firefox and .pdfs. We 
walked through a process together but it hasn't 
solved the problem (.pdf files not opening from 
web browser -- just an empty screen and Adobe 
alert with no content visible). I'm hoping 
someone can come by and take a look (or do so 
remotely) and magically make my pdf documents 
appear again (only a problem when opening from 
links to email & other online sources). My 
machine number is 20060215[Edit Inv] and my office number 
is HSS 114.
