Lisa emailed back on 4/10/09, her email is:

Please re-open this service request. The computer 
continues to fail at viewing Adobe Acrobat, 
therefore I cannot view any PDF files, which is 
vital for my position.

The files successfully download and then upon 
viewing, an error message pops up and the file 
disappears from view within seconds.

The message is as follows:
A yellow triangle with a ! in it.
"Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional cannot be launched 
at this time. You must launch at least one other 
suite component (such as Adobe Photoshop) before 
launching Acrobat 8 Professional."

As far as I know, no one has come to the Cottage 
to correct this issue.

HI Lisa,

We have a service request open, #30967, regarding 
a task of having difficulty running Adobe Acrobat 
8 Pro.  We were just checking in to see if this 
was still occurring for you.

We will close the task but it it needs to be 
reopened just give us call at 503-838-8925 and 
have us open the task back up #30967.

Im not sure if this is the correct extension, so I
asked her to call us back and tell us if it is, I
also told her to tell us if it is still an issue
on this computer.

The computer is available anytime Cubby 201. 
Right across from office 221 in the cottage.
The building is open from 8 to 5. It is the only 
mac in the room.

She can download and open the pdf's but after a 
little while she gets an error message saying 
that it can't launch this program and to open 
another suite program in order for it to run. It 
won't let her continue using the document that 
she has already opened.
It is a computer that is available all day. It is 
upstairs in 201 The cottage in a nook.
