she's all set up and good to go. If she calls back
about Banner kicking her off then it's probably an
issue with banner not her computer.

She doesn't want to have any downtime so she has
requested to have a loaner comp setup in the mean
time. I'm working on that now.

I'm going to re-image her computer because she
says that someone has already come by to run
cleaning software and Mike Suka even came by and
uninstalled/re-installed the java runtime
environment.
