Hello,

This is Richard from UCS. I'm e-mailing you to try
and help with importing your bookmarks from
Internet Explorer to Firefox.

To import your bookmarks to Firefox follow these
steps:

- launch Firefox
- click on the word "File" at the top of the
Firefox window
- click "Import"
- select Microsoft Internet explorer and click next
- un-check everything except the box next to
"favorites"
- wait until the message saying your favorites
where successfully imported

There should now be a folder in your bookmarks
called "From Internet Explorer" that contains all
your bookmarks from IE.

you contact us you should reference your service
request number 30994.

Also we should probably have a tech come over to
make sure your bookmarks are being backed up to
your H: drive so that they are safe just in case
something happens to your computer.

During the process of fixing my printer problem 
connected to work order #30984, my browser was 
changed from Internet Explorer to Foxfire.That 
was fine with me.  (By the way the printers are 
working). Here is my problem, when I go to the 
internet access my favorites are gone. The 
problem with this is I have/had email address's 
for reporting purposes on that browser?  Ones 
that I don't evening know what they are anymore. 
Where did they go?

Help!
