called and said she kept restarting and 
restarting and finally the machine let her log 
in.

says she has tried restarting her computer twice 
and this still comes up, has check all of the 
cables to make sure they are connected. 

black screen with dell logo with bright blue on 
top and down on the bottom it says intel. says 
the message is up in the right hand corner:
f 2=setup f 12=boot menu. 

available hours:
today until 6pm. machine is in the university 
residences in the office.
