Her computer is all set up. I'd like to try and
not have to replace it again. If we can just
change inventory that would be best.

For now we're setting her up with another 745 and
her old HD. The new computer is W# 20070554[Edit Inv]. I was
on a stack of computers on the shelf in 006. I'll
look a little more into why her old one isn't
working after I deliver this one.

Is wondering if she'll see her old harddrive 
again because she had a lot of stuff on there. 

best times to drop off a loner computer after 1PM 
oh 4/8/09 her new office is in 312 Hamersly libery

She is coming back on monday and is off leave. 
she is wonering if it is all done so she can come 
back to work with a working computer. 
if it is not done by monday then she will just 
work from home. but it would be nice if it was 
done and working. 

Can someone call her and let her know what the 
staus is on the comp.

Motherboard is bad, along with something else. 
Swapped out all parts, has to be a double fault of
some kind.  Will look into what warranty options
are available.

She called back. The machine is available at 
anytime. She will be on leave for the next couple 
of weeks and would like her machine opperational 
when she returns. She left a print out of the 
error message on her machine.

She is wondering if someone can come see the 
problem today, because she is not able to do any 
work at this point.

she can boot it up and run it for about an hour 
but then just shuts down. and flashes a message 
about a memmory problem.


dif you want to call her before you go over she 
said that would be fine.

She was working on it again and it suddenly just 
stopped and seemed to start to rebute but then 
jsut didnt restart at all. now she does not have 
any video screen at all.  but the green power 
light is still on.

Her machine will not start-up again. When trying 
to start it up, the fans come on (loudly) and 
nothing else.

Needs a static IP address. (140.211.112.110)When 
her mother board was replaced it changed her IP 
address, so it has to be changed to Static.

she cannot log into the machine, the log in and 
username box does not come up, says it freezes up 
on her. Seems like there is a loading bar but it 
does not complete. 

says she gets f2=setup f12=bootmenu, says the 
keyboard does not function as well.
