Opening PDF's from a web browser is disabled.

He needs to change his preferences for opening a
PDF inside IE or Firefox.

could not get much more information, seemed in a 
hurry to get off the phone.

he gets a blank screen with a question mark on 
it. says he clicks on it and it turns to a blank 
white screen. 

he is unable to open pdf files from the internet, 
his email. 

says he can open them from the desktop or his 
files just not the internet.
