From what I can figure out this is just a problem
with the way the paper is being put into the
printers.  I could not get the printer to jam that
we brought back to the tech area.  These printers
are very picky about the paper being placed
perfectly in them.

Brought one of the colored printers back for adam
to check it out and try to find the reason for
them jamming

This printer, APSCOLOR2 is jamming several times a
day.  When the jam occurs, it frequently leaves
torn traces of paper that are far in the back (can
barely reach the edges with my hands...) So far,
I've been able to clear, but could use some tools
(pliers) to extend my reach.

Hopefully the problem can be permanently repaired.
