SP3 is installing on her computer now. I told her
to restart when she comes in in the morning and to
give us a call if anything else is wrong.

Hi,

I am trying to change the background on my 
desktop and keep getting an error.  It says at 
the top of the box: rundll32.exe - Application 
Error.  In the box it says: The application 
failed to initialize properly (0x000000%).  Click 
on OK to terminate the application.  I have never 
had problems changing the desk top picture 
before.  Thank you for your help.  My computer 
number is 20060260[Edit Inv] and my monitor is 20060312[Edit Inv].
