she's all good now.

She is having trouble opening her students files 
on microsoft word, because she has the 2003 
version of word and her students have the newer 
versions.
she gets this message below when she tries to 
download the documents:

this file was created by a new version microsoft 
word. would you like to download the 
compatibility pack for it?


She does not know what to do and would like some 
help.
