Her contact extension is 88480. She has been 
calling to try and get a power supply for a 
clasroom and a teachers needs it to operate. She 
expressed how she has called numerous times and 
feels she has been put to the bottom of the list 
repeatedly.

power supply installed. she said that she can 
come get it if she has too. but its been open for 
a task for the last 2 weeks she said.
she is kinda upset about it.

its at the highest priority level too.

She is in her office until 3 today.

This is Richard from UCS. I just wanted to let you
know that we have replaced the power supply on
your computer and are confident that this has
solved the problem. We just need to find a time to
cone by and set up this computer. I was mistaken
in the voice mail that I left you, we did not make
any changes to your software so we should not need
you to be there for this installation. If you
would prefer to have this done while you are not
around just let us know.

I replaced the power supply on this and it's been
running for a couple hours with no problems. I
called and left a voice mail asking for times when
she'll be available to have it set up.

logging in remotely (BlueJ & Dreamweaver).  I
don't have any data stored locally on the machine.

Hello,

This is Richard from UCS. I'm e-mailing you about
the problem you're having with your office
computer. It may take us some time to find a
solution to this issue and it would be best for
everyone if we set you up with a temporary
computer while we fix your regular one.

There are a few questions I have for you in order
to get a temporary computer set up for you.
Firstly, do you use any programs other than
Microsoft Office, acrobat reader, and a web
browser? A list of any non-standard programs you
might be using will allow us to have these
programs loaded on your temporary computer before
we swap it for your computer. Secondly, Do you
have any data stored locally on your computer? We
want to be sure to recover any data you may have
saved locally.

I called and left a voice mail asking for
availability times. This is probably a power
supply issue. We should set her up with a temp
machine until we get hers working again.

Rhonda Lester turns on her computer. It comes on 
normally but after 5-10 minutes, the screen goes 
funky and the computer can't be restarted unless 
the power supply is turned off completely. This 
problem is hindering her work.
