Just giving you an update from University 
Computing regarding your task, #31162.  It was in 
regards to the error message you received when 
opening your WPS file that stated "Network error 
occurred while attempting to read a file" and the 
instructions emailed were not successful.  We 
still have this on your list to do and appreciate 
your patience and will get back to as soon as 
possible.

called saying the email instructions does not 
work. says it tell her a "network error occured 
while attempting to read the file"
says the file it displays is the file name Brian 
had sent her.

This should install the compatibility pack.

For your antivirus, go to Start, Run and type:
\\plowking\interchk\esxp\setup.exe

For the password, type:

monday.

When she clicks on the file, and is taken to the 
microsoft download center, but she has done this 
multiple times and she needs to be able to open 
this file.
