Hi this is Lance with the University Computing
Services,
I have a task for you about an email issue. You
are having issue with your email dates and that
they seem to be in reverse order. Are you using
the web based Sun Java email or another program
like Outlook or Thunderbird?
If you are using the web based email you can go to
the Option tab and then click on the email tab
below that. Then click on the Layout tab below
that and there will be an option that says "Sort
Order" and there is a pull down list to pick which
order. You want that to say "Newest first".
If this is not the issue please contact us back
with additional information or available time for
a tech to stop and assist you in person. You can
reply to this email or call the request desk at
extension 88925 and refer them to your task number
which is 31164.
