I fixed her machine but she said there were still
a few others computers that produced the same
error and would like them looked at next week if
possible.

For the past 2 weeks, when I turn my computer on 
I receive the following pop-up message.  

 

RUNDLL32.EXE Application Error

The application failed to initialize properly 
(0xc0000005).  Click on OK to terminate the 
application.

 

I click OK (but have to do it twice) to get the 
pop-up box to go away.

 

Also, probably 2-3 times a week, when I open my 
Outlook and try to reply to an email message, it 
will just sit there with the hour glass and not 
bring up the reply window.  The only way I can 
continue is to log off and shut down and/or 
restart my computer.  Sometimes I have to shut 
down/restart 2 or 3 times before it will work 
properly.

 

Can someone please look into these 2 problems for 
me?  Thank you.
