Hello,

This is Richard from UCS. I'm e-mailing you to
check up on task 31182. You had been having some
difficulties connecting to your MyDocuments Drive
on your Mac. Is this still an issue for you?

If so please try following these steps:
- Click the desktop so Finder becomes your active
process
- Click Go > Connect to Server
or
- Press command k
- In the server line type "smb://homef/mydocuments"
- When you are promted, enter your username and
password.
          This should be the username and password
you use for checking your WOU e-mail

If this does not work please let me know so we can
explore other solutions. You can contact me by
e-mail at rkavanagh08@wou.edu or you can leave a
phone message by calling extension 88925 and
referencing your service request number 31182.

On another note I'd like to apologize for how long
it has taken us to resolve this issue. The tech
who was originally working on this task left UCS
to focus on completing his degree and this task
was not re-assigned in a timely manner.

He called in saying that Ryan told him he was 
going to be there around 1pm today and still is 
not there and it is 1:30pm now. and was wondering 
if he was still coming over.

because he is busy the rest of the day.

Tried calling him today but could not get a hold
of him via his cell phone. Said the number was
disconnected. Will attempt to reschedule an
appointment with him.

would have to call me back. Set up appointment for
Friday at 1:00pm at his office.

He is calling in and wondering when someone can 
come over today he will be in his office till 5pm 
today. He will be in his office on monday after 
1pm.

The instructions that he was given, he either 
does not understand or what he is doing is 
wrong.  He will be in on 4-2-09 until 4pm, and 4-
3-09 at different times inthe afternoon.  Please

Rod Fretz just called checking on the status. 
Also has a few other questions to discuss. He said
to call his cell 503-269-4938 he will make sure
he's available to talk to get resolved.

says everytime he tries to connect it tells him 
an error occured. 

says a little box comes up on the left corner 
says connecting to server and there is a stripped 
horizontal bar but it just sits there. 

does not connect.
