Hi Katherine,

I am working on the toner replacement.  I am new 
to the duty of coordinating this so I apologize 
for making things confusing.
 
I found out that we can only supply toner 
cartridges to Student Tech printers and so I 
asked a little more about that and they are 
printers that students use and not 
faculty/staff.  So the situation would be, we 
could replace the one in the lab area but not in 
the office area?  Does that make sense?  I'm 
sorry I don't have better news for you.
 
If you have any questions or I can help in any 
way just let me know.

Spoke with Jennifer.  She asked to hold off on
ordering until Katherine (the director of writing
center) was back as she may know of another way
this machine is to be serviced, or may have an
extra toner cartridge.

Jennifer said that she would email tomorrow.
