Did not find anything in the Sophos quarantine. 
Installed and ran Sophos Anti-Rootkit, Spybot S&D,
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, and Windows Defender. 
Only found an entry for Dameware, which I was able
to remove.  Turned on her pop-up blocker in
Internet Explorer, and updated her OS via
Microsoft Update.  Checked out fine afterwards.

Her computer has been acting strange for the past
two weeks. Today she has been able to use it well
and log in fine, but she left the computer alone
for about 15 minutes and pop up windows started
appearing on their own.
