The initial problem with PDFs has been taken care
of, however she still has issues with printing
sports brochures and it takes a long time.  Was
informed that the memory for her printer is on
order, and will be installed when it gets here. 
Closing the task as the initial issue has been fixed.

trying to print a PDF from her desktop, says she 
has printed it multiple times before with 
alterations its a big file. 

says when she clicks print on it it only prints 
the first 4 pages and its a 6 page document. 

says she gets message "unable to connect to cifs 
host"  will retry in 60 seconds. says she has 
even tried creating another document with only 
the 2 pages she needs but same message appears. 
she also tried sending it to another printer same 
message comes up. 

available hours:
after lunch break after 12/noon she is available.
