We were just going through our service request 
list and found a task for you (#31239) that was 
relating to needing a WOU address for email for 
life program.

I believe this can be closed at this time but 
just wanted to make sure.  If not, just let us 
know.

We're holding off on this for now... Bill says the
last three alumni directors have requested this
and he turned them down every time. (Chris wasn't
aware of this.)  Bill is checking into the legalities.

He's not talking about an email box; he's talking
about a whole program where alumni would log in
and give an email address (yahoo, gmail, whatever)
and some sort of special "Email for Life" address
would forward to that.  This is a full-scale
project and I told him it would take some research
and planning, and asked him to provide examples of
how other schools do it.

Chris called the main number again to say he 
hasn't received a call back.  So 
I called Chris (8-8134) and left a voice mail 
that we were working on it. That it was assigned 
to Ron and he will be in later today and might be 
able to help with the request.

Priority changed from (3) Priority to (2) High Priority.

Chris called back to say that hasn't heard 
anything about this request and he never received 
the email confirmation with service request 
number.  He would like assistance asap.  Brian 
said it's a brad or ron or dave thing.

He wants to set up an wou address for the Email 
for Life program and wants to get it set it up, 
or know who talk to about getting it set up.
