The files can't be restored from backup because they were on the 
laptop....not on the server. A tech can attempt to use an app like 
"Recuva" to see if they can restore the files on the laptop.

says she had about 9 files on the desktop. Mainly 
word documents and photoshop documents, giv files 
and lists. 

available hours:
today until 4:30pm

needs these before monday.

says its a smart classroom laptop that she took 
to conference. 

says she tried to burn files onto a CD she drag 
them onto the CD but before burning the CD she 
threw them away into the trash and deleted them 
from the trash. 

when she clicked burn on the CD it gave her the 
message "original files do not exist."
