Sandy Hedgepeth,
     This is a reply to service request, 31261. It
says that a student was working on some files for
a project and did not save the files to the H:
drive. Unfortunatly, after searching for these
files we were unable to find them. They are gone.
This is due to the way the computer system on
campus works and is exactly the reason we warn
students to save their work to thier H: drives.

informed Sandy that the files are lost and that
files must be saved to the H: drive to esure they
are recoverable.

located in the conference room RA 109. She said 
there are two machines in the conference room it 
might also be on:

WOU# 20040753[Edit Inv]
but more sure the folder was on WOU# 20031186[Edit Inv]

says a student was working on some documents for 
her they placed those documents into a folder 
named MSDS or shannon on the desktop of the 
machine. 

She forgot to place that folder into her h-drive 
or another place for future reference.
