I wouldn't say the problem is entirely fixed, but
I'm able to manage with the computer working the
way it does for now.   Whenever I start the
computer or log in if it's already on, I get a
message saying that the spooler subsystem has
encountered a problem and has had to quit.   I
have no idea what that means, but it is still the
case that every now and then I cannot print
documents.  I've learned to work around this, so
there's probably no point in you working on it any
more.   Thanks for checking!

I went over at the end of last week and got Debbie
to let me in. I logged on as admin and went
through things. I found no errors or issues. I
updated the computer and ran virus scans and still
nothing.

Was able to get ahold of him.  He would like
someone to come by this Friday between 2-4 PM and
work on it.  Alternatively, he is out of the
office all day on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so we
can go into his office then and work on it, as
long as he has a computer available for Mondays,
Wednesdays, and Fridays.

He needs his computer fixed ASAP. It was 
originally a printing problem but now his 
computer crashes continually. It has crashed 
twice this morning.

The printer spoller application just quit and is 
not able to print anything at all. 

it is the same problem as last time.
and nothing has changed. after he said that it 
had been fixed.
