I tested both machines this morning and each
played without problems.  I suspect it is a
problem with his disc.  I sent him an e-mail to
that effect.

Hi UCS,
The DVD player in HSS 110A is not working. The 
computer is #20060444[Edit Inv]. If you put a DVD in, it 
won't play, and if you put it in the computer DVD 
player, it skips every minute or so. Neither are 
working.
