Just getting back to you regarding the service 
request task #31311.  We had a task that your 
printer was making black smudges on the paper and 
it was having a problem with grabbing multiple 
pages.  We do have the task open and we will have 
a technician help with this as soon as possible.  
Just wanted to check in with you and let you know 
we will take care of this as soon as possible.

I would like to request that someone look at my
printer. It is making black smudges on the papers
that I print out. Also, the printer sucks multiple
pages at a time through the "Tray 1."
