Installed Syncback and set up her back up. It is
set up to automatically back up. Will check back
in on Friday

Looked online and the maxtor software doesnt see
Network drives. There is free software called
SyncBack from download.com This should allow her
to back up her I drive

Thank you so much Lance.  Yesterday in class I
discovered I'm not alone.  Many other students are
experiencing the same difficulties as I am.  I've
already checked the suggestions you've made. 
There really isn't a reason on my end why I am
unable to access his site.
 
I have had to go around normal procedure for the
class.  I went to the remote desktop, saved all of
his files, then zipped it and emailed it to myself
so that I could access his text on my laptop.  It
was a pain and time consuming, but worked.

I'm really glad the problem wasn't a block from
WOU.  Thanks again for all of your help.

printer is set up, now need to set up the software
for the external to auto back up the business
folder on the I drive

Lance please go back  to Cindi's station and 
install printer driver from T; Drive as the setup 
wizard failed to install the HP6940DT driver
T:\1. Drivers\Printer\Hewlett

127.  It just needs to be hooked up and have the
old one taken away.
