Jerrie,

We updated Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader on all
the terminal servers, so this won't be happening
anymore.

We had to take some precautions against a security
problem with Adobe products that caused people
difficulty using this software on the terminal
servers.

thin client/remote desktop is the same thing

Student cannot open a pdf from a thin client.  
But when she went in Remote Desktop, it worked.
