Hi Shawn,

We saw that you had a service request open 
regarding having trouble opening a course paper 
online.  We were just checking in to see if this 
was still happening for you.

We'll go ahead and close the task and if you have 
any questions, just give us a call at 8-8925 and 
we'll re-open the task.

I also believe I had talked to you earlier today 
about the tool bar "hiding".  I thought I could 
find an answer and no luck.  :(  So if you don't 
mind calling the Service Request Desk at 8-8925 
again and they will create a task for you and 
help fix that from happening for you.

She is able to log into her computer and when she 
tries to open her course syllabye online it says 
that "404 missing webpage error" and also says 
that the page has either been moved or deleted.

But she says that other people in her office are 
able to look at it online. so she does not know 
what is wrong.
