Stephen Pierce	Apr 01, 2009 12:52 PM	Many students can not print. I was able to log into MASH and print, but most students in the lab can not. When bringing up the print queue on a student machine, there were a few dozen print jobs pending with the top one from 3/30/09 in error. I saw it start printing again, but nothing came out of the printer and the queue appears stalled. The print queue should be deleted because most people have gone elsewhere to print the jobs. In addition, the printer gives a maintenance message to order a maintenance kit HP Q5421A or HP Q5422A	Add Attachment
