Upon entry to the lab, the mouse did not respond.
 After checking cables, restarted machine and
still no response.  On 2nd reboot, the mouse worked.

Upon log in, abuot half through start up, I was
logged out.

Logging in again, received repeated application
failed to initialize messages.

Started MS word...  cascade of continual
Application failures with   dialog boxes.

This machine is in bad shape.  Would be nice to
have a clean OS installed.
