she was using an outdated adobe reader and didn't
have the plug in for firefox installed.. updated
her she's fine now.

When she is online on her computer and she opens 
web pages that have a PDF file attached, they 
will not open. She was able to do this before the 
last update which she said has been a couple 
weeks.
She is wondering how to get that working again, 
because she has forms that she uses for that 
reason and would not like to print out the forms, 
that is why she is trying to make it work online.
