Printer got its new fuser and it is good to go.

Printer has a bad fuser.  I put in a purchase
request for one so it should be here in a couple
of days.

Before we replaced the drum, I'll wait to hear 
from you first.  The drums are expensive and I 
didn't want to replace it until we were sure that 
was the problem.  THANKS!!!

Replaced toner.

However, when printing test page, there's a
persistent imprint - might need a new drum.

Niki emailed 4/6/09:

The printer in NS 216 needs new toner, the WOU 
number is 20050247[Edit Inv].

Please replace the toner ASAP, and bring an extra 
toner box for me to keep in NS 104 so I can 
replace the toner when it is needed without a 
delay.  This office will be closed over the noon 
hour however.
