The back station he was talking about was not
broken, someone took the video converter so
replaced it when we reimaged the lab.

Hi Joe,

We were just following up with you in regards to
a service request (#31465) that we have for you
that was in regards to ITC 311. The UCS
technician's re-imaged the lab last week so
everything should be well now. If not, or if we
can help with anything, just let us know.

Thanks!

Hello,

Thanks for your quick turnaround. I think that I
had made the same request over the phone at the
beginning of the quarter while my BA 315 class
was in session. At the time, there were a total
of about five stations out of order. It seems
that this is the only one that has not been
repaired. The students told me all the full WOU
numbers (that you referred to) in class and then
I relayed the same info over the phone to the UCS
help desk staff.

I will try to find this particular WOU number
sometime next week. However, it could be a catch-
22. My BA 315 class will be held at 12:00 noon
on Wednesday, 5/6. Will it be possible that this
station may be repaired prior to my 12 noon class
on Wednesday?

Thanks,

Joe

This email was his first contact with us about
this issue. I have sent him an email asking for
more information including the WOU number.

Hello,

I teach BA 315 on MW from 12:00 p.m. to 1:20 p.m.
in ITC 311. There are a total of 28 stations in
the room, and it happens that I have a total of
28 students enrolled in the class, too. I would
like to report that there is one station that is
not working. It is located in the back of the
room near the middle, and it may be the only
station in the room with the serial number
starting with "2004". May I request that this
station be repaired as soon as possible?

Thanks,

Best regards,

Professor Peng

two terminals in the first row in the middle are
also not working. I asked if there was a
blinking amber light, but he said he didn't
know. He was in the middle of class in HSS 311
and was calling from hss 310.
