Was able to fix the problem by remapping the
printer to bart instead of radar.  Printed
successfully.

I went over, he was gone. He should be back around
1. I ran repair but i cant test it since he is out
of the office. I told them about logging on the TS
through remote if they need to. Will check back in
later to see.

He is unable to print from the PDF files off of 
Adobe from anything that he tries to print. he 
says that there is always 
"Adobe Reader 9.0 has encountered a problem and 
needs to close."
