The printer had a bad fuser it is now up and
running fine.

There is a printer that is using replacement 
toner catridges and is spitting out toner and 
smeering on the papers after they print and there 
is toner all over the printer and it is just a 
mess and students are really upset.
someone replaced the other toner with another one 
and it is still doing the same thing.
