it is working fine with her now.

She is using the TS to use adobe reader to edit
files... is it isn't working it's not a problem
with her box would be something on the terminal
server..

Everytime she is working with word on her 
computer. she tries to change the files to PDF 
files. but when she tries doing that then it 
freezes up everytime she does it. she has also 
gone to other computers and it does the same 
thing. all she does after that is log off the 
terminal server and then it unfreezes and it 
still does the same thing with the files.
