reinstalled sophos, and everything works fine.

Status changed from (5) Completed to (1) Pending

says the sophos icon appears to be gone, said 
that Brian came in and helped her with this and 
the icon was there. 

But now the icon is no longer on the bottom right 
of her start menu.

She has updates telling her that she has 346 
trojans in her computer. and they are flashing.
and it says that it did a scan on her computer 
and she has 527 potential aggressive behaviors.

it sounds like a virus. but she is not sure what 
it is .

she cannot email and she cannot close the 3 open 
windows that say windows security alert. system 
scan. and opening install 2006-60.exe.

sounds like it needs to be looked at right now..
i changed it to highest priority.
