Christine emailed back on 5/6/09:

That might be from my office mate Julie Perini. 
Unless you are referring to one of the computers 
in the lab -- I did call in about that last week 
I think.  
And I'm pretty sure I gave the number on the 
computer. 
When I'm on campus tomorrow I'll check to see if 
it is still a problem.

We have a service request for you (#31642) in 
regards to your computer not responding to the 
monitor when booting up.  We were just checking 
in to see if this was something we could help 
with, just let us know, we'll be happy to help 
work on this.

While the computer is booting, the screen is blue 
and the mouse pointer appears and can be moved, 
but then hangs at that point.
