Hi this is Lance with the University Computing
Services with Western Oregon. I stopped by
yesterday and installed more RAM in your computer.
I am emailing back to see if this fixed the issue
you were having.
Another step you can do to improve your machine is.
Right click on My Computer go to Properties
Click on the advance tab
Click on the settings button under the Performance tab
go to the Advance tab click the change button
on the Maximum size change the number to 3000
click OK.

Task reassigned to Lance Jewett.

Okay so I gave Brian a stash of RAM for 4600 
stations I had scavanged over Spring Break from 
some old Business Office machines, It should help 
the machine for the time being as it won't be up 
for replacement until next fiscal year ... we are 
curently still working on W#2003 stations

Task reassigned to Tricia Flaherty.

When she is working o her computer it pops a box 
up saying that the virtual memory is low and that 
it is unable to run all the programs that she is 
running and doesnt want to open one prgram at all.

and she said that her outlook is not working at 
all.
