still having issues with the visual C++ 8.0
runtime... Will not install from CD or from
microsoft's website. I uninstalled dragon 8.1,
reinstalled it while trying to install 10
inbetween them. still no dice. will continue to
research this issue, tricia said she is going to
see if this is one of the machines going to be
replaced.

Everyone but Dr. Tim Vanert are done... having
issues with windows installer... wont let C++ run
or the installer for the program, but will let
previous versions install... it is one now and he
needs his office.. will come back tomorrow.

This is an upgrade to exsisting licensed of 
Dragon Naturally Spking Medical for 3 different 
staff stations in the Student Health Center  The 
staff person and W# of computer are as follows:

W#20050990[Edit Inv] Susan Rosen
W#20050991[Edit Inv] Dr. Randy Boespflug
There is an iso image of the install DVD at 
T:\DragonNaturallySpeaking\10-MedicalEdition 
and please note that each license has a unique 
serial # tied to it when installing.  In previous 
upgrades it was necessary for the older version 
to be present on the machine before installing 
the newer version,  I have some user guides for 
the end users and an invoice that is on the top 
of my desk
