Dale Goodell	May 06, 2009 12:20 PM	Machine was sent to Apple Store. They re-installed the Mac OS, USING THE CD THAT CAME WITH THIS MODEL. We couldn't boot from CD because we weren't using the right one. I will work with Richard to get this machine imaged.	Add Attachment

Dale Goodell	Apr 20, 2009 04:16 PM	I have tried to image the iMac twice, and it will not boot. It will only network boot (N); it will not boot to the hard drive or CD (C). Tried zapping the PRAM, which didn't work. Adam W. tried to open the machine to reset the CMOS, but this required tools we don't have. This machine will, most likely, need to go to the Apple store.
