He is up and running now.  The printer had the
wrong drivers loaded.

he has a printer he can connect to fine, and it is
the one he wants but isn't coming up as the same
name as the one on bart... regvault is the printer
he is trying to connect to.. it is saying he
doesn't have the drivers installed but I was able
to print to the printer under the other icon not
labeled regvault
