Christian Rogers	Apr 21, 2009 07:49 AM	When I try to do things like set my desktop properties or access folders from the Control Panel such as Accessibility Options, Date and Time, etc., I receive an error message stating "The application failed to initialize properly......... (please see attached photo for entire message), I noticed this for the first time last Friday (April 17th). This morning I am receiving the same message. My computer's WOU number is: 20070160.
