Likely needs SP3, check for sophos, and then
assign to network support or ask dave to check his
H: drive, since k-named users H: drives were moved.

1st. speed computer up and get rid of old 
programs. says “application error” “fail to 
initialize properly”

2nd. had 2 grade sheets disappear from H drive. 
Need to find out what happened and would like to 
get those back.
